Pri-Tec Construction Ltd. provided full Construction Management Services on this project located at 2405 March Road (Carp, Ontario just outside of Kanata and Stittsville).
The project consists of (4) single story American Buildings Company Self Storage and the renovation of an existing building.
Prior to re-development the property required an environmental clean up which was completed under Pri-Tec's Management Services.
Also involved and managed by Pri-Tec were the City approvals, re-zoning and overall project design.
