The project consisted of a complete renovation and upgrade to an existing semi-vacant building.
This involved interior tenant fit-ups and an Architectural face lift to the perimeter in order to modernize the building to today's standards. Upon completion, you would never know the original building was built in the 1960's.
Products used included EFIS, cultural stone, aluminum doors and windows, handicap accessible and barrier free designs.
