Multiple self-storage projects with (9) individual buildings at 3600 Uplands Drive.
Pri-Tec Construction Ltd. provided Construction Management Services from initial concepts, budgets and through designs and approvals at the City of Ottawa for this project owner.
The recent development at 3600 Uplands Drive required a complete re-zoning, public consultation and approvals from the City Councillors, Airport Authority, storm water management and all adjoining property owners. In all cases Pri-Tec acted on bahalf of the owner to secure and satisfy all these approvals.
Pri-Tec managed all Construction following issuance of permits and completed the project in 2005.
